NEW DELHI: More than 8,000 tonnes of liquid chemical oxygen was packed to’Oxygen Express’ trains out of crops from Jharkhand, and that is actually the greatest until today, followed closely by Odisha from where 7,018 tonnes has been provided, the railways mentioned on Wednesday.

By Gujarat, 6,383 tonnes of liquid chemical oxygen (LMO) had been packed, 1,360 tonnes out of West Bengal, 488 tonnes out of Maharashtra, 218 tonnes in Chhattisgarh and 164 tonnes out of Andhra Pradesh.
The loading from Jharkhand has been 8,025 tonnes.
Thus far, 593’Oxygen Express’ trains have finished their travels, moving 1,405 tankers along with 23,741 tonnes of LMO into 15 countries, the federal transporter said.
The majority of the oxygen was sent to Delhi (5,693 tonnes), followed by Uttar Pradesh (3,797 tonnes) and Karnataka (2,674 tonnes).
Thus far, 614 tonnes of LMO was offloaded at Maharashtra, 656 tonnes at Madhya Pradesh, 2,135 tonnes at Haryana, 98 tonnes at Rajasthan, 320 tonnes at Uttarakhand, 2348 tonnes at Tamil Nadu along with 2,279 tonnes at Andhra Pradesh, the railways stated.
Offloading of 225 tonnes was completed in Punjab, 513 tonnes at Kerala, 2,026 tonnes at Telangana, 38 tonnes at Jharkhand and 320 tonnes at Assam, ” it stated.
Even the railways is selecting oxygen in areas including Hapa, Baroda, Mundra from the West and Rourkela, Durgapur, Tatanagar, Angul from the East and delivering it into States of Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Telangana, Punjab, Kerala, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh & Assam in complicated operational path planning situations.
Presently, six wealthy’Oxygen Express’ trains will be about way to their destinations with over 420 tonnes of LMO from 22 tankers, the railways mentioned.
