Bengaluru: OYO Hospitality Company said it would employ more than 300 technology professionals who would help him become a fully stack technology provider for small and medium-sized hotels.
The role will reach all software development, engineering and product managers, designers, data scientists from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
Oyo also wants to set up a stack developer team full of expertise in the field of machine learning, data engineering & information security, Android and iOS development.
The Hiring Spree came when engineer demand with niche skills had hit a roof throughout the country, and salaries had soared.
“For half a half years, we have doubled on our technology and pioneered several industrial innovations to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue for hotel SMEs and houses,” said Dinesh Ramamurthi, Head of Human Resources.
Oyo has tech stack more than 50 products and 500 microservices, including consumer applications and partners such as Oyo, OYO OS, Co-OYO, as well as several applications led by AI / ML and Analytics, such as dynamic price setting applications called manager rates.
