In setbacks to IPS Pramod Kumar officers, Madras High Court has refused to set aside investigative transfers to CBI to Waazee Multi-Crore Forex Scam Case.
Paazee received deposits from the Public to pay high interest by investing money in foreign currencies.
When the company failed to pay deposits, FIR was registered with a company based on complaints from depositors in 2009.
