Washington: A Top Republican Senator has introduced a law in the US Senate who asked the President of Biden to declare to Congress that every quad country against whom they impose wire sanctions related to national considerations.
Introduced by the Republican Senator Ted Cruz from Texas and simultaneously sponsored by Senator Todd Young from Indiana and Marshall Roger from Kansas, also the Republican Party, for all practical purposes to reduce the President from imposing the provisions of Caatsa to India to buy the S-400 -O-Missile system Air from Russia.
The bill was introduced in the Senate on October 28 and the text of the bill had not been published by the congress until Monday morning.
Quad consists of Indian, US, Japanese and Australia.
President Biden has held a Summit directly from Quad groupings on September 24 at the White House.
Read twice and refer to the Senate Committee on banking, housing and urban affairs for the necessary actions to ensure that the quad country against whom the US tries to impose Caatsa sanctions is not part of Quad’s consideration in national security goals.
If approved by the Congress, the bill in all the possibilities of throwing Quad, an ambitious foreign policy project from the Biden government, a mess if the US imposes Caatsa sanctions in India.
While the main editor and summary of the bill, which has been published so far, does not mention India, it is the only quad country facing Caatsa sanctions.
The bill was introduced in the Senate a day after two strong US senators – Mark Warner and John Cornyn – urged Biden to not impose the provisions of Caatsa to India, urging him to provide neglect of national interests as this was in America.
