Islamabad: At least four people died and 17 others were lost on Wednesday after three drowning vessels in Raghagan Dam, local media reported.
A boat carrying 18 people on the ship sank in the Bajaur district in the Northwest Khyber Khyber province of Pakistan when going to deep water on a recreational trip, reported Xinhua.
To save them, two ships rushed to save the drowning tourists, but the rescue boat with seven personnel was too sinking on the dam.
Other rescue groups began operating and saved four people and issued four bodies from the water reservoir.
The body and four other saved people had shifted to the hospital, reported Xinhua.
The rescue team told the media that they were looking for missing people, adding that almost no possibility to survive their lives.
The report quoting the local police said that the first boat sank because of the overload and rescue vessels facing the accident because the staff were inexperienced and they failed to control the ship.
