Pakistan Apex Court Summons Imran Khan in 2014 Cases of Terror attacks of Pesshawar

Islamabad: Pakistani Supreme Court has summoned Imran Khan’s Prime Minister in connection with the 2014 Peshawar School massacre A total of 147 people, 132 of them were kids, killed in the attack.
During the last hearing, a Supreme Court bench led by the Chairman of the Pakistani Judge (CJP) Gulzar Ahmed, has directed the Attorney General to notify the Court about the steps taken by the government to improve the complaints of parents of children who were killed in attacks in APS On December 16, 2014, Dawn reported.
In today’s hearing, the chairman of the judge asked the Attorney General Khalid Jawed Khan whether the Prime Minister had read the court order.
In response, Jaded Khan told the court that the order was not sent to the Prime Minister, added that he would not know Imran Khan’s PM about it.
“What is the serious level?” Ahmed asked.
“Call the prime minister, we will talk to him alone.
It can’t continue.” AGP, on behalf of the government, said that “we accept all our mistakes”.
Parents demand registration for the first information report (FIR) to civil and military officials who, they believe, are responsible for security measures at school, in the last hearing.
During the process today, AGP said, “There is no FIR that cannot be registered with the boss”.
This happened when the Pakistani government held talks with terror groups.
Islamabad and TTP approved a complete ceasefire added that it would be extended to maintain the progress of negotiations.
TTP has been active in several parts of Pakistan since 2007 and is responsible for carrying out several attacks and explosions in this country.
Pakistani opposition has borced Imran Khan’s government to negotiate with terror organizations.
