Geneva: The Pakistani Foreign Ministry wants the European Union to increase its plans to increase human rights monitoring under the leadership of the new Taliban in Afghanistan, who hopes to emerge from decades of war and instability.
Islamabad said “further improvement” with resolutions in the UN human rights body needed, including concrete promises of aid for the captured countries fighting without using human rights as the only criteria.

The EU initiative is only directed at civil and political rights, without consideration of economic and social rights ..
Iftikhar added: “We also advise them to include several indications / elements of help” for Afghanistan, without describing.
