New Delhi: After participating in the Troika Plus meeting in Pakistan in Afghanistan in Islamabad last week, US special envoys for Afghanistan, Thomas West, will reach India on Tuesday.
He will hold a discussion with a foreign secretary Harsh Shringla on the way ahead in Afghanistan.
The West is expected to abbreviate the Indian government at its meeting in Islamabad and Moscow.
The Indian side will, in turn, in short about the NSAS dialogue held here last week.
The newly appointed special messenger took over after Zalmay Khalilzad, who negotiated the US peace agreement with the Taliban, left his work after a disaster withdrawal by us and a slight mistake in an internal situation in Afghanistan.

In Brussels, West was quoted as saying, “The Taliban has voiced their desire to normalize bonds with the international community, to see the resumption of aid, to see the return of the international diplomatic community to Kabul and to see assistance.
The US can provide no these things themselves.
“
