New Delhi: Pakistan reiterated his invitation on Monday for all member countries for the 19th SAARC Summit while calling for India to join virtually if he did not want to attend the Summit.
Islamabad was also said to be considered sending an official invitation to all countries, including India.
The process of the Saarc Biennial Summit remained stalled since the attack of Terror Uri in 2016 carried out by terrorists from across Loc.
India seeks to isolate Pakistan after an attack by ensuring that the year’s summit in Islamabad was canceled.
The last summit took place in Kathmandu in 2014.
While countries such as Nepal and Sri Lanka wanted to continue the process, which was based on consensus decision making, India believed Islamabad still had not carried out enough cross-border terrorism.
In the past, India has shown several trends to work with Pakistan about counter-terrorism problems, it is evident from cooperation under SCO, and also in Afghanistan.
India continues to deal with Pakistan to complete modalities to transport 50,000 mt of wheat to Afghanistan through land borders with Pakistan.

but it should not stop others to attend,” Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said at a press conference.
The official source here refused to endanger every suspicion about Indian responses that said there was no formal communication from Pakistan and that India would not make a hurry.
For India, as well as several other countries, questions about Afghan participation remain important.

According to an agent report from Islamabad, Qureshi continued to accuse India made Saarc not function through “stubborn” by refusing.
