Pakistan recorded 515 new Covid-19 cases, 11 deaths

Islamabad: Pakistan reported 515 new Covid-19 infections in the county in the last 24 hours, while 11 patients surrendered to viral infections, reported local media citing statistics distributed by national command and operations centers.
44,148 samples were tested during this period, reporting ary news.
With new deaths in the last 24 hours, the death toll in the country was installed up to 28,507.
The level of infection in this country stands at 1.16 percent, reporting ary news citing NCOC data.
The head of NCOC Asad Umar on Thursday said that Punjab had provided more than half of the population which qualified with at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
“Punjab became the first province to have more than half of the population who qualified with at least one dose at 52 percent.
KP followed 48 percent, Sindh 40 percent and Balochistan at 17 percent,” he tweeted.
