Nangarhar: Pakistan on Friday released 42 Afghans from different prisons and handed it to Afgham officials in Torkham, a port city in East Nangarhar Province.
Forty-two Afghanistan was released from various Pakistani prisons which were extradited through Torkham to Afghanistan, said the statement, as reported by Pajhwok Afghane News.
However, the statement did not say about what was being held by this Afghan and for how long they were stored in Pakistani prison.
Afghans who were released were sent to their homes after the administrative procedure and they were given cash assistance too, reported the news of the Afghan Pajhwok.
