Karachi: Pakistan announced on Monday that it would enable a small number of covid-19 vaccinated fans at a limited time on the series of houses against New Zealand starting next month.
New Zealand will play three international international and five international twenty20 on their tour – their first to Pakistan in 18 years.
“National Command and the Operations Center (NCOC) has agreed to the presence of a 25 percent crowd for the Pakistani match versus New Zealand to come,” said the Pakistani Cricket Council in a statement.
“The decision means that around 4,500 spectators will be able to attend ODI and around 5,500 spectators will be able to watch T20is in Lahore.” New Zealand will arrive at Islamabad on September 11 with three ODIS scheduled at the Pindi Cricket Stadium on September 17, 19 and 21.
Twenty20 Internationals will be played on September 25, 26 and 29 and October 1 and 3.
