Pakistani terrorists get 7 years of hard prison for consumption to carry out attacks in India

New Delhi: Special Nia Court here on Friday dropped a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist from Pakistan for seven years of imprisonment for conspiring to carry out a terror attack in various locations in India from all borders.
Mohammad Amir from Karachi was punished under the Law Activities (Prevention) that violated the law, ACT Act, explosive substances, foreigners’ laws, Indian wireless telegraphic laws and relevant parts of the Indian criminal code, said an official of the Premier Investigation Agency.
Amir along with the other three has infiltrated India from Pakistan with weapons, ammunition, and shops such as other wars with the intention of carrying out terror attacks in various Indian locations with their handlers based on all borders, Nia officials said.
He was arrested in November 2017 from Chief at Twara Jammu and Kashmir, while his three colleagues were killed in a meeting with security forces in the same month, the official said.
Nia submitted a charging sheet against Amir in May 2018.
After the consideration of the evidence taken at the record during the government by the National Investigation Agency, the Special Court of Nia, Patiala’s house, was sentenced by Amir on April 6 on Friday, Amir was awarded the sentence for seven different violations Starting from two to seven years a tight prison sentence and fine, Nia official added.
