PALGHAR: McOCa is called against siblings

Palghar: Two brothers with some serious violations of their names have been indicted under the strict control of Maharashtra from the organized crime law (McOCA) in Palghar Regency in Maharashtra, police said on Tuesday.
Police supervisor Dattatreya Shinde said one of the biological brothers had served a sentence of 7 years and returned to commit a crime after being released recently.
“Prashant Paswan (24) has 11 crimes registered with his name and his brother Jayendra (21) having 19.
They were accused of winning the chain, vehicle theft, attack, attempts to murder in Boisar, Palghar, Valiv, Dahu, the Tarapur police station and Wada.
Both were arrested by the Branch Team of Crime from Jahanabad in Bihar, “SP was informed.
The tight Mcoca has been called against the sibling, he said.
