Pancayati Raj Minister Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said for 58,189 grams of Panchayats in the state, only 16,421 posts for Panchayat grams and gram development officers have been subject to sanctions, which were only employed 11,008 people.

The Pancayati Department Raj has issued a detailed protocol to hire the Panchayat assistant, which includes ensuring that no close relatives of the Pradhan gram given by the post.

The application will be received for 15 days after the notification problem and all will be checked by the Pancrayat Committee.
Candidates who apply for posts must be in the age group 18-40 years.

The candidates must be the same population of Panchayat gram where the application was made.
Minimum education qualifications are medium but the average intermediary and secondary school value will be considered.
“Candidates who have lost family members because Covid will be given a preference.
There will be a reservation for candidates.
If a seat is reserved for a woman or SC or OBC candidate during the opinion of Panchayat, candidates from the same category will be employed in certain pancires,” Chaudhary said.
