Pandiaraji said he had taken long leave

Chennai: After the five-year gap he spent as an active politician in the AIDMK government in Tamil Nadu, ‘Ma Foi’ K Pandiaraji was announced on Thursday that he returned to business.
“I will give me 100% to business and I have taken a long time off from politics,” said Pandiarjai talking to the media of people about re-designation as chairman and service director Ciel HR, a company founded by his wife latha.

The former official language of Tamil language and culture added that he would continue as a carrier of his party’s office, but now he did the next five years to his company, who was getting ready for the IPO in 2023-24.
“Through this, I will continue to ensure the development of the skills of the entire country,” he said.
Pandiarjai established service for Ma Foi HR in 1992 and sold it to Randstad later.
Then in 2015, he floated a new business in the HR industry through Ciel HR service, where he was a chairman until 2016 when he entered active politics.
The investment advisor from the HR company was in the final discussion with private equity and venture capital investors to collect around RS 50-75 Crore in the Pre-IPO round.
Most of the funds will increase to improve technology tools, for acquisition financing, to foster their presence in verticals such as manufacturing and logistics, and preparing offices abroad.
The company also evaluates six companies in a professional staffing domain for acquisitions.
Ciel today is a team of around 180 people and has more than 50 functions business partners.
Ciel’s income in the financial year ended in March 2021 stood around RS 305 Crore grew more than 9% vis-a-vis years earlier.
The company hopes to close the current fiscal year with Rs.
450 crore income.
It comes at 54 offices in 40 locations in India.
Commenting on the reservation of the sons-land for work recently taken by the DMK government, Pandiajajan said such a policy had not succeeded historically.
“India needs to have an integrated labor policy as it is today …
the industry will not welcome every effort to create a land of land barriers, and there is no industry that will need it,” he added.
