Chennai: Former Minister of Tamil Nadu O’s wife Paneerselvam P Vijyalakshmi died at Chennai Hospital on Wednesday morning.
He is 66 years old.
Vijyalakshmi, who suffered a stomach-related problem, has undergone treatment at the Permata Hospital in Perungudi for the past 10 days.
“Being a heart patient known for more than a decade, he suffered a massive heart attack at 5 this morning,” said the hospital in the release.
He died at 6.45 in the morning.
Fana Remaining Vijyalakshmi will be taken to the Ops home in Periyakulam in the district-in-district.
The final rite will be held on Thursday morning.

Not much is known about this gentle speaking woman who married the op on November 14, 1977.
Postgraduate Ba from Haji Karutharavuthar College in Uthamapallayam was among the four daughters and the son of Alagupandi Thevan and Valliamal, a pair of farmers from Uthamapallayam in the district.
