Ludhiana: Paying for complaints submitted against poor conditions from Shaheed Bhagat Singh (SBS) Nagar by Resident Arvind Sharma, the Punjab State Human Rights Commission (PSHRC) has asked the city corporation to see it and submit the next report on the date of hearing on January 28.
