JAIPUR: The nation authorities, during the assembly of this board of minimum salary on Monday, made a tripartite committee, to the suggestion of the labor unions, to choose the revised minimum salary of labourers belonging to both unskilled, semi-skilled, proficient and highly skilled classes from the nation, educated nation’s labor secretary Neeraj K Pawan.
The meeting was led by labor secretary Neeraj K Pawan and has been attended by representatives of labour unions and company’s officials and unions of the labor section.
The members of this committee will include representatives from all of the 3 classes.
“According to the Supreme Court’s order on discovering minimal salary (for its labourers), a tripartite committee was formed about the proposal provided by these (labor unions),” Pawan told TOI.
State’s CITU president Ravindra Shukla stated,”The state government has agreed to our proposal to sort the tripartite committee.
In addition, he agreed that a policy ought to be made for determining minimum salary.
Another meeting would be held June 23 in the Secretariat together with the labor unions.” At present, the salary are 225 for unskilled labourers, Rs 237 to get semi-skilledper cent 249 for proficient and Rs 289 for highly educated men.
“We also have put forward our requirement in the assembly which the minimal wage for junior group ought to be Rs 18,000 a month.
