HYDERABAD: The state government on Monday issued an order to establish a district-level committee Covid 19th death: ensuring (CDAC), which will make sure to mention death due to Covid ‘on death certificates of patients who died of coronavirus.
Until Monday, the state has officially recorded 3,967 deaths from Covid-19.
The formation of the committee is very important in light of the announcement of the Center of Covid death of ex-gratia of Rs50,000, as the families of hundreds of patients who died while undergoing treatment Covid-19 is a death certificate citing the hands of another reason for death.
District-level committee will be responsible for the issuing of ‘official documents to Covid 19th death’ as per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Indian Council of Medical Research.
Previously, only in the case of a patient Covid-19 does not have any previous disease or comorbidities, the death is counted as caused by Covid-19.
This has left many with complaints that they could not succeed ex-gratia extended by the Center.
