BAREILLY: In many UP cities where the anxiety of vaccines is much higher than the Covid-19 itself, the health division groups are finding it difficult to inspire visitors to shoot the shots.
The health employees on the inoculation push have discovered dozens of rumours, a number of them odd — such as fingerprints will sterilize people or men will perish after two decades of carrying the jabs.
Rather than advice on the advantages of the vaccines as well as the risks of ducking it, gossip and bogus news have bombarded the social networking space.
At Barabanki district, dozens of people jumped to the Saryu river to bypass the vaccine.
