Patna: Jan Adhikar Party (Jap) Supremo and former MPs of Parliament Ranjes aka Pappu Yadav was released by MLA / MP Court specifically in Madhepura on Monday due to lack of evidence in the kidnapping case submitted in 1989.
Yadav was arrested in the case of Patna.

Yadav’s Advice Manoj Kumar Amashtha said his client would be released from the custody of the judiciary after completing legal formalities.

“We have never been kidnapped, as claimed in FIR,” said a senior lawyer quoting the victims.
According to the prosecution, Yadav was charged with holding Umangant Yadav and Ram Kumar Yadav who was captured after a dispute over the marriage of a girl in Madhepura.
He was also accused of intimidating them to attract cases that lodged in the Murliganj Police Station on January 29, 1989.
One Shailendra Yadav, was declared a cousin of Ram Kumar, has submitted a case with the Muriganj police station in the Madhepura district against Yadav, which is known by them.
The compromise petition was filed by victims in court, opening the way for initial release.
On July 19, the Patna Court had given him a guarantee in connection with cases related to holding Dharna and procession in the state capital.
Agitation was launched by JAP to support farmer protests against agricultural bills.
Previously, the Patna High Court had directed the MP / MLA special court to dispose of cases within six months.
“I have full confidence in the justice system.
I quote the allegations by a respectable court,” said a Yubilant Yadav to reporters outside the Madhepura Court.
