Jaipur: Paralympian and Gold Medal Devendra Jhjharia from Churu and 1978 Batch Rajasthan IAS Rajiv Mehrishi Officers have been changed by Padma Bhushan while Paralympian Avani Lekhara, Chandraprakash Chandraprakash Dwivedi and Ram Dayal Shri artist from Rajasthan.
Padma award was announced on Tuesday.
A total of 128 prominent people were chosen for awards, including five of the countries.
Awards are given in three categories – Padma Vibushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri.
Jhjhariah is the most successful paralympian in the country with two gold and silver on his name at the Javelin event.
