Paralympics: Pramod Bhagat Wins, Palak Kohli Hold Hold Day

Tokyo: World number one Shuttler Pramod Bhagat made an impressive start for the campaign in the men’s singles but Young Palak Kohli experienced a hard day at Paralympic Tokyo, in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Bhagat, a defending world champion, beating fellow India Manoj Sarkar 21-10, 21-23, 21-9 in the Single group of the SL3 class which lasted 56 minutes.

The SL3 classification is for athletes with lower extremity disorders, while SU5 refers to athletes with upper extremity disorders.
