Tokyo: Krishna Nagar on Sunday ensured the Second Indian gold medal at Badminton in Tokyo Paralympics after scoring a thrilling three-match victory over Chu Man Kai in the final of the SH6 Singles class.
The 22-year-old child from Jaipur, second seed, looked off the runway 21-17 16-21 21-17 in the final to maintain his invincible in the match and joined his compatriot Pramod Bhagat in the Gold Medal’s victory list.
Bhagat has claimed the first gold at Badminton in the SL3 class on Saturday.
This is Indian’s fifth gold at the Olympics.
