Mumbai: Former Minister of Home Anil Deshmukh told the Enforcement Directorate (ED) that he believed that the former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh was the mastermind behind the parking lot of Scorpio explosion-Laden near Industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s House and the murder of the Mansukh Hiran vehicle owner.
Deshmukh said during the assembly session last March, Singh was called to a briefing about the fear of the Anti-Bomb and in front of a senior house official, he gave a misleading reply.
Singh’s reply to CM before senior officials was also misleading.
“Singh was transferred from the police commissioner of Mumbai because of his very close subordinate, Waze API Sachin and four others from the police commissioner office, emerged in connection with the Anti-Case and Hiren murder case,” Dishmukh said.
