Mumbai: The Judge Court on Wednesday allowed the defense by Crime Branch to declare the former Mumbai Param Police Chief of Singh and the other two as accusing escaping and issuing the proclamation of them in case of extortion suspected of being an entrepreneur and money was squeezed and extorted money.

The crime branch on Monday moved the request against Param, Vinay Singh and Chhota Shakeel Aide Riyaz Bhatti.
Proclamation will be issued in the newspaper who accused accusing himself before the authorities in 30 days.
It will also be inserted at their address.
“If they failed to appear in this time, the process can begin for the attachment of their property,” said the Special Prosecutor of Shekhar Jagtap.
Last week, the Magistrate Court issued a warrant that was not in a param.
