Mumbai: Former Head of Congress Mumbai Sanjay Nirupam on Saturday said that former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh was in Belgium.
In a tweet on Saturday, Nirupam asked who gave a safe road to Singh to go to Belgium.
NIRUPAM Tweet said: “Police said that he fled.
Apparently, he was in Belgium.
How did he go to Belgium? Who gave him a safe passage? Can’t we return it by sending an officer in disguise?” Nirupam said that as Mumbai CP, Singh was at the prestigious post.
He said that Singh fled to Nepal and then went to Europe.
