Mumbai: Former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh has asked more time to respond to the call of the Directorate of his enforcing in the case of money laundering, quoting poor health and operation.
Ed told Ani that the former top police told them that he was not suitable for the past few days and that he also had to undergo surgery.
Therefore, he has been looking for more time from the central agent to record his statement in this case.
Singh has been summoned in connection with his letter to the chairman of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray earlier this year, where he accused the Minister of Home in Maharashtra Antil Deshmukh to extort the money to the None of Rs 100 Crores.
