Param Bir Singh puts Rs 50,000 in CM funds

Mumbai: Former Police Chief Mumbai Bir Singh on Monday was deposited by the 50,000 Hospital imposed by the Chandwal Justice Commission in Covid-19 cm assistance funds for failing before several occasions.
However, the panel postponed the trial until September 7 considering the petition submitted by Singh before Bombay HC challenged the maintenance of the probe against him.
In March, the country has formed a Commission of One Member of Retired Justice for Chandwal to investigate the allegations of corruption which Singh to the Minister of Internal Affairs Anil Deshmukh.
On Monday, lawyer Singh Ancentuk Seth said the cost has been deposited and tried to delay the process of remembering the petition of Singh and pills in HC.
Lawyer Deshmukh Anita Castelino objected and said the probe was to conclude at the end of September.

If no order is passed in the Pill / Writ petition on September 7, the proof of Singh will begin.”
