Mumbai: The day after his request was rejected, Ku Chandiwal’s justice had summoned former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh, former Minister of Home Anil Deshmukh, his supermarket Sanjeev Palande, was dismissed by the Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Waze, and Raju Bhujbal ACPS for recording statements on August 6 Following Singh’s letter bombing to the Chairman of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray, alleged that Deshmukh said that Deshmukh told Waze to mobilize Rs 100 Crore per year from restaurant owners and bar owners, the state government led by Chandwal Justice.
The main task is to check whether Singh has submitted evidence to reveal irregularity / violation by Dishmukh or officers in his office.
After the commission was founded on March 30, it told Singh, Deshmukh, Waze, Palande, Patil and Bhujbal to submit written statements for their reference requirements.
Singh in his letter July 5 increased the initial objection to the maintenance and objectives of the committee as a problem raised before it had been decided by the High Court and the Supreme Court.
Singh’s lawyer told the commission that remembering his poor health, it was possible for him to be physically present before, so his statement must be recorded through video conferencing.
