Gurgaon: In aftermath of a recent ruling of the high court arranging personal colleges in Chandigarh to incorporate the income-expenditure balance sheets in their sites, the nation parents’ human anatomy has ever written to the ministry to make exactly the identical rule at the nation by establishing the Haryana Education Rules, 2003.
Parents stated colleges have cited the high school’s October 2020 arrangement that permitted one to charge tuition fees if they’re providing online courses.
They, however, alleged that colleges have wilfully chosen to ignore the instructions of the court to apply balance sheets for the previous seven months.
“The matter of charges has led to a lack of trust between both parents and schools that are private.
Schools keep asserting they are incurring nearly the identical cost as they were through pre-Covid days when bodily courses were suspended.
If that is the situation, there should not be some hesitancy in creating their balance sheets .
It is in the interest of schools and the parents,” said Kailash Sharma, general secretary of Haryana Abhibhavak Ekta Manch, the parents’ body which has written into the CM.
Parents further explained that in the event the government fails to do it in their petition they will take the issue into court.
Private colleges, however, known as the claims made with the parents”deceptive”, claiming that their records are often audi-ted and all the costs incurred are revealed to the authorities.
