Ludhiana: Police Number 5 Division has ordered the President of the Association of Parents Ludhiana Rajinder Ghai and several other members, the day after they made the District Education Officer (secondary) Lakhbir Singh Samra wore a bouquet of flowers.
The teacher union on Saturday gathered at the Mini Secretariat and their representatives met the ADCP (headquarters) Pragya Jain who made sure they immediately peeked.
