Gurgaon: The Association of Indian Parents (AIPA) has submitted a second request at the Punjab High Court and Haryana, looking for a social audit of more than 55 government schools in 10 Haryana County, including Gurgaon.A Division bench Ravi Shekhar Jha and Arun Pali on Thursday threw a petition with The direction is that if further information about the condition of the school of any government is forwarded to the government by the IPA, the State Education Department must take the right action at the same time.

In their petition, the association accused 55 government schools in 10 countries in the country were in a mess, with several buildings posing a big risk for teachers and students.
It also asked the court to form a panel, led by their respective deputy commissioners, to conduct an audit of all public schools.
To support their claims, the body of the parent, in collaboration with a Social Law Expert NGO, claimed to have conducted an independent preliminary audit of several schools in Haryana.
“In a new petition, we demanded that the department accelerate work at 55 of these schools.
Three of these schools come from Gurgaon,” said National Secretary AIPA Kailash Sharma.In October 2019, the association submitted his first application in court about the dilapidated building about eight Schools in Faridabad and Palwal, encourage the government to release work funds.
