Nagpur: Parents of a 5-year-old boy who seized from online class agreed, under protest, to pay the first arrears and installments of this year’s costs, and the school agreed to start the boy’s class from Thursday, with a trial on the Nagpur Court bench High bombay on Wednesday.
The court then directed the same thing, noted that this would not reduce the rights of the two parties, and all questions in this case would remain open to hear later.
The parents of the Dhairya Bansod applicant have argued that school management failed to restart online classes, even though there was a clear command from HC in the last hearing.
“We direct school authorities to acknowledge the Petitioner to KG-II and let him attend online classes from July 8, if they are detained regularly.
Cost arrears and first installments of costs to be paid, such as guaranteed in front of this court.

Ravi Sanyal’s advisor then made a statement that they would deposit RS33,400 arrears and the first installment of Rs18.520 in a week but “under protest”.
Wilson then said the school would recognize the Petitioner in the KG-II and also allowed him to attend online classes from Thursday.
Dhairya has approached HC through his father Pritesh after school held the KG-I results asking him to pay a full fee of RS86,800.
It also stopped the promotion to KG-II.
