Park was founded on unused sites in Vetri Vinayakar Nagar

Coimbatore: City Corporation has established a children’s park for residents of Vetri Vetrayakar Nagar at Ward 41 at a cost of Rs 40 Lakh.
This park was established using the Local Development Fund MLA after residents urged local bodies and they were elected representatives for the recreation room to spend quality time with their children, a corporate official said.
The park was established in the 25 cents (OSR) open spare ground room which has grown bushes and bushes, the official said.
“Has a walking path, equipment for exercising and space to practice yoga.
Various play equipment including looking, slides and merry-go-rounds have been installed in the park to attract children.
Ornamental plants have been planted to beautify the landscape.
Trees Along the fence provides shade.
Seating arrangements have been made.
We hope that residents will take care of the facilities well.
“King corporate commissioner King Gopal Sunkara examined the park two days ago and instructed officials to improve cleanliness.
Parkavi, a resident was recited to facilities like that for years .
“We are happy that we have a place to go with our children near our home.
We hope the Civic Agency will open it immediately,” he said.
