Nagpur: Part of Pardi Flyover – From Octroi Post in Bhandara Road to Old Bhandara Road – It’s likely to be open to traffic at the end of January.
Metro Rail’s works on stretch tend to be completed in December for Pardi on Friday This stretch of Navratri to January which helps reduce congestion to a certain extent.
CP has directed Nhai and Mahametro officials to ensure the completion of the work at the end of January.
He explained that there were no extensions to be given to restrictions imposed on a heavy vehicle plying, “he said” The 30 meter segment which collapsed last month was removed and the stretch of the inner ring road would begin soon, “he said.
Nhai officials said, “Rotary works executed at HB Town Square will be completed in January.
We try our best to allow vehicles on the flyover from Octroi Post to Old Bhandara Road from February,” they said.
Khopde said there would be no traffic congestion if the Metro Rail and Flyover works were finished on stretching.
“Both agencies must break the time limit set by CP,” he said
