“Traffic that occurred from Adhchini to IIT was transferred from Adhchini to Katwaria Sarai after a portion of the road near the IIT Red Light (traffic signal) surrendered,” Tweeted Delhi Traffic Police on Saturday.
There were no injuries reported in the incident.
IMD on Friday has issued an orange warning, predicts moderate rain on Saturday and the warning of the possibility of waterlogging in the national capital area and the main traffic disruption.
The department has issued a yellow warning for Sundays and orange alerts also for Monday.
