Madurai: Madras High Court has observed that the aim of having a party flag or designation board or portrait of the communal party / press sticker / press sticker only to prevent the police to stop the vehicle and sacrifice the law.
Considering reports delivered by DGP and transportation officials in this matter, the bench of the Justice Division N Kirubakan (since Pension) and Justice B Pugalendhi observed that any flag installation was not permitted by law and illegal.

The court said vehicle owners can be allowed to repair party flags on their vehicles during elections if they are involved in work selection for each political party.

They direct the authorities to instruct vehicle owners to eliminate such portraits in 60 days, failing where the authorities will erase the same fines and impose on the vehicle.
The judges also issued a series of directions to the authorities to ensure that the lights and number plate were repaired in vehicles according to the actions and rules of motorized vehicles.
The court issued an order when it wasted the pill filed by V Ramesh, an advocate from Madurai Regency who was looking for actions against misuse of advocacy stickers in vehicles.
