Bengaluru: Heavy rain caused water to move on the edge of the road and several places of Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) Monday night, forced many passengers to rise to the tractor to reach the airport and delay at least 20 deviant flights due to bad weather.
The cabin operator suspended their services around midnight because the road to the third busiest airport and growing fastest in the country was flooded.
The rainfall is 178.2mm in 24 hours leaving several passengers tired, because they cannot clean the mile last to the airport.
In videos that have become viral, passengers can be seen climbing into the tractor, transporting their luggage because someone sounds shouting the destination name (read: airport).
