Gorakhpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday slammed the previous government because it did not show interest in development up and said BJP was committed to the welfare of the masses, especially farmers.
Caustic PM Barbs on SP obtained political linkages even when Akhilesh Yadavled Posital position in BJP to appear as the most powerful rival.
His words also coincided with Akhilesh holding a general meeting along with the Allies and the Head of the RLD Jayant Chaudhary in Meerut, as part of a power show in the western region that was communal.
PM Narendra Modi, Governor Anandiben Patel and CM Yogi Adityanath examined the miniature model in the exhibition during the inauguration of development projects, at Gorakhpur, on Tuesday PP slams the SP government before creating land for AIIM in Gorakhpur.
“It was only after the aggressive show by the BJP government that they provided land for the project,” he said.
Modi also resembled the Congress previously led the UPA government because it did not show interest in the fertilizer factory despite knowing how important for the agricultural sector, created employment opportunities and lending encouragement for the economy.
The pursuit of his government as “one dedicated to the welfare of farmers” PM Modi said that the government took all steps to increase fertilizer production and cancel the impact of the escalation in their prices that occur globally.
“Fertilizer prices rise astronomically throughout the world, but we will not allow the burden to continue to farmers,” Modi said announced.
He said the center provided subsidies of 43,000 crore rs and rs 33,000 crore on NPK and urea fertilizers, respectively, to negate the impact of price increases.
He said that the center made efforts to reduce fertilizer prices about 10 times compared to those at the international level.
