Police arrested Baliram Kokni for allegedly raping minor in May this year and his wife Anita to record pictures and videos of law on her cellphone.
The defendant was produced in a local court in Songadh on Wednesday.
They were sent to police custody for four days.
Complaints against the defendant was submitted at the Songadh police station on Tuesday and within a few hours, the defendant was arrested.
In his complaint, the victim of a small rape alleged that he was squeezed using videos and photos.
The police suspect that worried photos and videos will be made viral, the girl does not submit a complaint.
“The defendant was developed in contact with an underage child when he came to pray in the church with his parents.
He then called him alone to meet and suspected of raping him,” said a police officer.

“Not yet to our knowledge that the defendant uses videos and photos to squeeze underage children,” police said.
Survivors are farm laborers and go to work with their parents.
