PATIALA: Patiala Jail Administration has started a trimester magazine that will have all written contents and be investigated by prisoners.
The prison minister, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa on Thursday launched the first copy of the ‘Socan magazine in the’ (flight thought).
“Actually, we are working on ideas to provide a good literature to prison inmates to make legitimate behavior changes in it.
We have regulated several religious literature in the first phase to be given to the prisoner”, he said.
