Patna: The state government on Tuesday verbally gives a high court of Patna about three decent projects worth Rs 96 Crore, each Rs 76 Crore and Rs 12 Crore, to connect correctly the crossroads of Patliputra trains with passenger streets.
However, the government failed to submit a detailed technical report in court and Advocate General Lalit Kishore looking for three weeks for it.
The Chair of the Division of the Chairperson of Sanjay Karol and Justice S Petitioner and DK Sinha appeared for the train.
It was because of the non-submission of detailed technical reports that the court had fallen a lot to the state government during the last trial on August 10, the court had then improved August 17 as the next hearing date.
Kishore, along with additional advocates General P N Shahi, told the court that the first decent project was connecting the intersection with aIims-Digha high road on expenditure around Rs 96 Crore.
The second worthy choice is to provide road connectivity with NTPC Road connecting Ashiana-Digha Road by three deep roads.
Kishore handed over that the state would need to obtain a long land lane of 600 meters and a width of 22 meters to provide final connectivity to the intersection and the project would cost around Rs 76 Crore.
The final decent option is to build foot waves and other infrastructure to connect the intersection with the canal rupaspur road from the side of the danapur and the cost around Rs 12 Crore.
The court observed that all of these details were brought in records through detailed technical reports.
