Patna: Inspections by various teams from commercial tax have explored 50 trading companies that make transactions worth RS 958 Crore, in addition to tax theft worth around RS 171 Crore, the commercial tax department (CTD) on Saturday.
Of the 50 companies involved in shady business and trade activities, 49 found fake.
One company does not match the place where the business business is stated, CTD Communique added.
It is also said that the company concerned is involved in the trade and business of iron and steel, coal, copper, memo, bitumen and tin.
The department sets the inspection team in the direction of the Commissioner of CTD-Cum-Secretary Dr.
Pratima.
The team carried out inspections of the companies concerned simultaneously and explored illegal and countless trade by fake companies 49.
Commissioner CTD said the detailed profile of these companies was made, because it would help detect illegal trade and violations of established business norms.
Komerique CTD said that 50 companies did not comply with IT norms, in addition to violating the provisions of the GST rules to make tax theft.
