Patna: The Patna High Court on Tuesday refused to order the removal of the barricade and stopped the construction of the security post by the army near the Chowk Sainik in the Cantonment Danapur area, quoting national security.
Sanjay Karol’s Chief Justice Division Bench and Justice S Kumar who was thrown by the Writ petition submitted by One Sunil Kumar urged the tender notice for the construction value of around RS17.45 lakh.
