Patna: The Patna High Court began streaming directly from the court process on Friday with the aim of carrying more transparency.
This process has begun based on trials.
The Chakadhari Sharan Singh and Justice Division Bench and Justice Madhuresh Prasad (Court Number 15) became the first bench to the daylong proceedings that streamed live on the YouTube Patna High Court account made for this purpose.
Justice Singh is also the first judge to carry out the virtual process of his bench for the first time in the Patna High Court in March last year after the Pandemic Covid-19 began to spread his tentacles in Bihar.
Justice Singh is the Chairman of the High Court of the Temporary Court Justice Prasad is one of the committee members.
With streaming directly from the process, the Patna High Court was reported to have become the five high trials throughout the country to adopt this facility.
Direct streaming number 15 Court will continue from Monday even when during physical hearing cases.
After that, streaming directly from other courts on the Patna High Court will also be taken.
Commenting on development, Yogesh Chandra Versal’s senior advisor said this was a welcome step in the High Court.
“Some innovative works have occurred under the chairman of Judge Sanjay Karol,” he said.
Verma, who is the chairman of the coordination committee of the three lawyers associations in the Patna High Court, said streaming Live the court process will take care of judges and lawyers warn about their performance and behavior because everything will be seen by ordinary people.
He said it would bring transparency in the justice system.
“People who are lawless will realize their case, especially when they are not permitted in court because of a pandemic,” he said.
