Patna: The leaflet arrived at Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport from Maharashtra, Punjab, and Kerala was no longer required to provide their negative RT-PCR reports.
The command in this case was issued by the administrative district of Patna and shared by the airport authority on Wednesday.
Previously, the administration had issued a letter on April 7, stating that leaflets arrived from the three countries with a high Covid-19 case, must provide a negative RT-PCR report.
The decision to revoke the previous order had come after thinning the Covid case at Bihar.
Patna District Judge (DM), Chandrashekar Singh, has asked the airport director, Bhupesh C H Negi, to implement orders in all airlines to the state.
“Based on the revision command issued by DM, the implementation has been done.
Apart from this, the protocol that corresponds covid, randomized testing, and thermal scanning will be carried out as a precaution,” Negi told this newspaper on Wednesday.
Often travelers from Punjab, Maharashtra and Kerala also share their experiences.
“I came to Patna from Chandigarh on Tuesday to look for property.
Relaxation in the regulation makes the process easier,” said Suryansh Pathak, a chandigarh resident.
He added, “I understand that the rules continue to change.
I am happy that the airport authority does the best to ensure tourist safety.”
