PATNA: Police detained one man and steered him to prison Wednesday for allegedly kidnapping a small boy at an SUV out of Fatuha police station place from rural Patna and getting him married into some little woman after carrying him into Masaurhi.
The accused was recognized since Anjani Yadav, 30.
Authorities stated Pappu Kumar, Srinarayan Yadav and yet another Rajkrishore Yadav are still evading arrest in relation to the kidnapping and union of the little boy.
Suchmarriages are known as’pakadua vivah’ in mountainous regions of the country.
Authorities said all four have been accused in the FIR registered in relation to the kidnapping for union case.
Fatuha police station SHO (in-charge) Mithilesh Kumar explained the boy is obsolete barely 16 and also is a native of village Shivchak beneath Fatuha police station place.
“Following kidnapping him Monday, they shot him Masaurhi and liberally got him married to the girl of a single Sipahi Yadav,” he explained.
The SHO said that the little was going by his cousin Shailesh Kumar to among the aunt’s home at Bhagwanganj at Patna when he had been kidnapped.
Kumar stated Sipahi is a native of Bhikhua village beneath Fatuha police station space.
He said authorities suspect he first gathered info about an appropriate boy of the identical caste because of his daughter then chased him marriage with his own daughter.
“Police arrested a couple of relatives from the woman’s side for interrogation.
It was just after their detention the boy had been put loose in Masaurhi on Tuesday.
Afterwards, police reached the spot and recovered him,” he explained.
The SHO said that it had been not apparent where in Masaurhi really they obtained the little married.
“The sufferer childhood was totally unfamiliar with the area.
He couldn’t tell where he had been taken for union and also held captive the entire night,” he explained.
Kumar stated raids are moving on to detain the three remaining accused.
He said authorities are also exploring to understand that all from the woman’s relatives were involved in receiving the little boy tortured for marriage.
