Patna: After being closed for three days, the park and Gandhi Maidan on Patna will be reopened on Monday.
Patna Zoo, Patna Museum and Bihar Museum will be reopened from Tuesday.
The state government has ordered the closure of all three days given the increase in Covid cases and to avoid density on New Year’s Eve.
The boat will also transport in Ganga from Monday.
Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh said the decision of the State House Department concerning the closure of the park, Gandhi Maidan and Patna Zoo was valid until Sunday to avoid density on new year and new year events.
“There is no direction to extend the closure of these places,” he said.
Range Officer (Botanical) Patna Zoo, Rajesh Choudhary said, “Given Covid-19, we follow all safety protocols such as thermal screening, the use of mandatory masks and hand sanitis.
